Job summary

Jimmy Fresh in Savannah is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee daily store operations alongside the General Manager. You will lead by example, ensure excellent store condition, and monitor staff performance to maintain efficiency and quality.

The role requires enthusiastic, friendly, and positive leadership, with open availability and the ability to train team members across positions. Bonus eligibility and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 40 hours a week.
• Open availability required.
• Willing to coach and supervise store staff.
• Comfortable lifting 30–40 lbs and standing for shifts.
• Basic computer skills with Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager.
• Ensure the store is in excellent order and staff perform duties efficiently.
