Job summary

Grayson Automotive Group is seeking skilled Service Technicians for the new Genesis dealership in Knoxville, TN. The role focuses on diagnostics, maintenance, and high-quality repairs in a premium service environment.

Experience with Genesis, Hyundai, or luxury brands is a plus. Candidates should have strong diagnostic abilities, a valid driver's license, and a team-oriented mindset. ASE certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive technician in a dealership.
• Genesis, Hyundai, or luxury-brand experience is a plus.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Team-oriented attitude and commitment to quality workmanship.
• ASE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
• Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical concerns.
• Complete repair orders efficiently and per manufacturer standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment.
• Communicate with service advisors and management about vehicle needs.
• Stay current on Genesis technology, systems, and repair procedures.

The Grayson Automotive Group is expanding, and we are seeking skilled and motivated Service Technicians to join the team at our NEW Genesis Dealership located next to Grayson BMWin Knoxville, TN. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a luxury automotive brand with one of the region’s family owned automotive groups.

We prefer an experienced Technician, preferably with Genesis; Hyundai or Kia.

If you are Technician looking to advance your career in a Premium service environment, we will consider an experienced Technician working on other Luxury brands as well.

Technicians Job Duties

• Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
• Accurately identify and resolve mechanical and electrical concerns.
• Complete repair orders efficiently and according to manufacturer standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and management regarding vehicle needs.
• Stay current on Genesis technology, systems, and repair procedures.

• Genesis, Hyundai, or luxury-brand experience is a plus.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
