Qualifications

• Current RN license is required.
• Experience or training in critical care, oncology, or transplant nursing preferred.
• Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor clinical status.
• Administer medications, including chemo and blood products, and titrate drips as needed.
• Manage central lines and adhere to strict infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and transplant coordinators to develop and implement care plans.
• Mentor and support less experienced nursing staff to ensure quality care.
