Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate's degree with 4 years of Sales experience
• High school diploma/GED with 6 years of Sales experience
• Clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related can qualify for Senior role

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization
• Lead as a sales leader to achieve territory sales and exceed targets through in-person and virtual engagement
• Develop relationships to manage accounts, ensure product access, and resolve reimbursement issues
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative
• Demonstrate passion for our products throughout the sales cycle and uphold Amgen values
