Job summary

Aero Components, LLC in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Bond Planner responsible for generating production planning paperwork and supporting documentation based on customer requirements.

You will plan workflow for airframe components, sequence fabrication and assembly, review drawings and BOMs, raise purchase requisitions, and prepare material lists. Strong attention to detail and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering/Planning experience required.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to analyze work orders, BOMs and specs to determine efficient manufacture path.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans and schedules workflow for airframe components and operations; new and previous manufacturing sequences
• Plans sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations
• Analyzes and interprets drawings, BOMs, work scopes, contracts, process specifications, etc. to determine the most efficient path of manufacture
• Raises purchase requisitions for possible material shortages and communicates the production timing and needs to Purchasing
• Prepare lists of required materials, tools, and equipment
• Self-starter that can manage time and stay on task
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork
• Remains focused and maintains a high level of work on assigned tasks
• A high level of attention to detail

Bond Planner

The Bond Planner is responsible for generating production planning paperwork and associated supporting documentation based on requirements set forth by the customer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Plans and schedules workflow for airframe components and operations; new and previous manufacturing sequences
• Plans sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations
• Analyzes and interprets drawings, bills of material (BOMs), work scopes, contracts, process specifications, etc. to determine the most efficient path of manufacture

Education and/or Experience

Must have previous Engineering/Planning Experience

Must have previous Manufacturing Experience

Attention to Detail

Ability to analyze work order steps for proper logic, sequence and alignment as specified by Manufacturer Specifications

Computer Skills

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
