Job summary

The Atlas Group is seeking a dedicated individual in Wichita, Kansas to design reliable manufacturing processes that meet customer product requirements. Responsibilities include analyzing planning from customer demands, establishing configuration control, and creating bills of material for products.

Successful candidates will be knowledgeable in manufacturing processes, capable of reading customer drawings, and proficient in MRP systems. A dynamic work environment will be provided to support process improvements.

Job Title

Responsible for working closely with contact administrators and engineering personnel to design a reliable, yet, cost efficient manufacturing processes to meet customer final product requirements by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyzes and develops planning from customer requirements.
• Establishes Product Configuration Control Information (PCCI).
• Creates Bill of Material (BOM) for each individual product.
• Plans sequence of manufacturing processes.
• Identifies planned operation support requirements.
• Maintains and/or upkeeps planning database.
• Reviews customer change notifications and updates accordingly.
• Produces accurate and detailed working instructions to achieve efficient process flow.
• Participates in the improvement process by documenting process changes in planning.
• Proposes feasible solutions for future overall process improvements.
