Multi-Bank Securities, Inc. (MBS) seeks seasoned fixed-income sales executives with an existing book of business to join our institutional trading desks. We offer above-industry pay-outs in a private, veteran-friendly firm eager to grow with you.

The ideal candidate will have a clean FINRA record and hold Series 7 and 63 licenses, with experience in agency debt, mortgages, or corporates. MBS is registered with the SEC, MSRB and is a FINRA/SIPC member.

Qualifications

• Must have a book of business focused on institutional fixed-income sales.

Responsibilities

• Sell fixed-income securities to institutional clients and counterparties.
• Grow and manage an existing book of business across desks (Agency, Mortgages, Corporates, Munis).
• Ensure compliance with FINRA, SEC and MSRB rules and firm policies.

We are currently hiring seasoned fixed-income sales executives with existing books of business. MBS offers above industry-standard pay-outs.

Positioning Trade Desks Include

• Agency Debt – Approved underwriter for FHLMC, FNMA and FHLB. Co-Manager on several Benchmark deals.
• Mortgages – TBAs, specified pools, CMOs and derivatives.
• Corporates – New Issue and Secondary. Included as a Co-Manager in recent deals (veteran status).
• Munis.
• CDs – One of the top underwriters of brokered CDs.

Job Requirements
