SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Bomber Aircraft Sustainment Project Manager to support an opportunity at Barksdale AFB, LA. You will provide expert sustainment support for bomber weapon systems and advise senior staff on systems issues, maintenance and facilities for bomber aircraft operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years' experience in bomber aircraft maintenance/sustainment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on bomber weapon systems sustainment (B-1, B-2, and B-52).
• Advise senior staff on bomber aircraft systems issues, support equipment, transportation and handling equipment, and facilities for bomber aircraft maintenance and generation.
• Provide policy advice on bomber aircraft systems in acquisition. Provide advice to maximize bomber maintenance utilization, performance, and organizational development.
• Evaluate test aircraft engineering change proposals, modifications, and enhancements.
• Interpret MAJCOM policies and procedures and develop schedules for aircraft put into programmed depot maintenance and contractor maintenance.
• Provide weapon system logistics readiness data analysis as required. Perform maintenance metric reporting, MIS and establish standards for goal development.
• Provide independent sustainment analysis to predict system reliability, maintainability, and supportability challenges for AFGSC weapon systems.
