Job summary

Mobis Alabama LLC is seeking a BOM/EO Control Manager to lead all aspects of bill of materials and engineering orders. The role requires coordinating with HQ Engineering/Design and HMGMA Spec teams, and overseeing SAP/MES data integrity and change management.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years in automotive manufacturing, and prior supervisory experience, along with strong leadership and communication skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience in a high-volume automotive environment.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for BOM/EO changes and engineering orders.
• Manage SAP Material Master data, part numbers, and MRP views.
• Coordinate EO implementation with plant departments and customer (HQ Engineering/Design).
• Oversee production BOMs in SAP/MES and track material consumption.
• Produce monthly backlog and BOM/EO status reports and ensure data accuracy.
