Job summary

Amphenol Borisch Technologies in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Configurations Coordinator to coordinate BOM structures with programs and purchasing, generate BOMs from customer lists, and manage change notices. The role involves maintaining drawings and archives, and representing the Configurations department in impact assessments and product launches.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with an associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in mechanical design or manufacturing technology preferred.
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings preferred.
• Ability to convert parts lists/prints to BOMs using rule-based logic.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong organizational and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with programs and purchasing for BOM set up and flow down requirements.
• Generate qualified BOMs from the frontend configurations engineering team or customer lists and print packages.
• Attend meetings as configurations department representative (impact assessments/product launches).
• Initiate, monitor, and implement BOM change notices (ECN/ECP/NOR) and related changes.
• Maintain drawings and BOM packages; keep electronic documents organized and archived.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
