Job summary

Honda is seeking a Part Drawing Control/Engineering Change professional to manage BOM data, validate drawings, and coordinate change approvals for North American and global plants. The role supports new model launches and mass production by ensuring accuracy and timely revisions.

Responsibilities include configuring BOM data, validating part hierarchies, and distributing information across plants, departments, and regions. Strong CAD knowledge and data management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 4 years of experience in Part Drawing Control or Engineering Change Management.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Production Control, Manufacturing Engineering, or related manufacturing operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering records and BOM data within the BEAM system.
• Review drawings and validate part hierarchy, structure changes, application settings, quantities, and effective dates.
• Interpret regional and global supply agreements to ensure accurate data distribution to plants.
• Configure and maintain vehicle applications, feature lists, and component combinations.
• Support MI approvals and VIN tracking requirements; coordinate change-point management.
