Job summary

GDH is hiring for a Full Time role to support development and maintenance of design tool infrastructure for system product designs, including data management and digital twin integration. You will collaborate with global teams to ensure BOM-CAD alignment and efficient CAD data workflows.

Based in Santa Clara, CA, this on-site position requires CAD experience, strong documentation, and the ability to interact across disciplines to deliver timely, reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BSEE, CS or similar).
• Experience with mechanical CAD data and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to support engineering teams with timely solutions across time zones.
• Knowledge of enterprise engineering tools and PDLC.

Responsibilities

• Match BOMs to mechanical CAD files and verify CAD data accuracy.
• Collaborate with mechanical designers to ensure BOM-CAD consistency.
• Provide CAD data for digital twin integration and data conversion.
• Review mechanical CAD data to support design validation and troubleshooting.
• Deliver innovative CAD data management solutions for hardware development.
• Assist integration of CAD data within PLM and engineering tools.
• Document CAD data, workflows, and system configurations.
• Support hardware product lifecycle from concept to mass production.
