Job summary

Bojangles is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a fast-paced crew at our Rustburg location. You’ll set the tone for service, quality, and pace during active shifts, assign tasks, and ensure smooth operations.

You’ll train new team members, coach on the floor, and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays helps support a busy schedule and franchise growth.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Leadership qualities, even without formal management experience.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example during active shifts—setting the tone for service, quality, and pace.
• Assign tasks, manage crew flow, and ensure shift checklists are completed.
• Help train new team members and offer real-time coaching during shifts.
