Georgia Foods is hiring Shift Leaders for Bojangles locations in the Lawrenceville/Suwanee area. You will lead by example on active shifts, assign tasks, train new team members, and uphold food safety and service standards.

The role requires reliability, teamwork, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting. Growth opportunities into management and on-the-job leadership training are available.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Leadership qualities, even without formal management experience.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to teamwork.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
