Job summary

Bojangles is seeking Shift Leaders at our Dacula location to supervise shifts, ensure fast, friendly service, and support training and development of team members.

As a shift leader, you’ll oversee daily operations, uphold food safety and cleanliness standards, and collaborate with management to drive performance during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Leadership qualities, even without formal management experience.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to teamwork.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example during active shifts - setting the tone for service, quality, and pace
• Assign tasks, manage crew flow, and ensure shift checklists are completed
• Help train new team members and offer real-time coaching during shifts
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Handle minor guest complaints with professionalism and urgency
• Communicate clearly with management about needs, concerns, and wins
• Support drive-thru, front counter, kitchen, or any area as needed
