Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of leadership in restaurant or food service, strong communication, and the ability to lead in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or food service industry.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-first mentality.

Georgia Foods is looking for a dependable, hands‑on Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead one of our Bojangles restaurants. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong leadership instincts, and is ready to take the next step in their restaurant management career.

As an AGM, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to drive performance, uphold standards, and support a positive team culture. You’ll be expected to lead by example, take initiative, and play a key role in daily operations.
