Bojangles is seeking an Assistant General Manager at one of our Ridgeway locations to help lead daily restaurant operations and guest service.

You will work with the GM to train staff, manage scheduling, uphold food safety standards, and drive performance. This role offers leadership growth within a fast-paced environment and opportunities to advance to General Manager.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience in restaurant or food service.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-first mentality.
• Ability to lead and motivate in a high-energy environment.
• Solid communication and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of food safety procedures and basic business operations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Georgia Foods is looking for a dependable, hands‑on Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead one of our Bojangles restaurants. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, has strong leadership instincts, and is ready to take the next step in their restaurant management career.

As an AGM, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to drive performance, uphold standards, and support a positive team culture. You’ll be expected to lead by example, take initiative, and play a key role in daily operations.
