Bojangles' is seeking an Assistant General Manager at our Flowery Branch location to partner with the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and team leadership.

The AGM will drive guest service excellence, lead by example, and manage scheduling, labor and cost controls while upholding Bojangles' standards. Strong leadership, communication and food safety knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or food service industry.

Georgia Foods is looking for a dependable, hands-on Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead one of our Bojangles restaurants. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong leadership instincts, and is ready to take the next step in their restaurant management career.

As an AGM, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to drive performance, uphold standards, and support a positive team culture. You’ll be expected to lead by example, take initiative, and play a key role in daily operations.
