Job summary

LaRiviere, Inc. in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Heavy Civil & Excavation Project Coordinator to assist project managers and field teams on roads, bridges, and utility installations.

You will coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site resources to support project execution, maintain budgets, and ensure compliance with SWPPP and Davis-Bacon requirements. Experience in heavy civil construction and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years construction experience/knowledge.
• Support Project Manager in gathering equipment, resources, vendors, subcontractors for project execution; coordinate with owners, vendors, and internal departments to reconcile contracts and POs.
• SWPPP reporting and field support as required; maintain field binders, plans, specs, permits, schedules, and other documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build and distribute subcontracts, service agreements and POs.
• Create and maintain project POs; reconcile accounts payable for projects.
• Attend project meetings and assist with daily requirements.
• Close out projects with lien waivers, final payrolls, and retention payouts.
