Job summary

Hoffman Construction Co of America seeks a Construction Scheduler for its Boise, ID site. The role operates in the Scheduling department, reporting to the Scheduling Manager, and collaborates with Project Managers and Superintendents to input status updates and adjust logic.

The position is strictly in-person in Boise. The candidate will manage schedule integrity, prepare weekly and monthly forecasts and reports, and handle distribution lists, documents, and archives.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ construction project scheduling experience with Primavera P6 required.
• Experience on industrial/hi-tech semiconductor manufacturing projects preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent degree/certification and/or related work experience in data management.
• Educational background in materials and methods of construction.

Responsibilities

• Collect and input schedule status updates into the project record schedule.
• Attend project schedule progress meetings as needed.
• Identify changes to the project schedule.
• Notify teams of impacts to critical path activities and/or schedule logic.
• Ensure technical schedule integrity is maintained.
• Produce and distribute weekly and monthly schedules, forecasts, and reports.
• Manage Outlook distribution lists and standard form emails for schedule distribution.
• Maintain project schedule archives and documentation.
