Job summary

BBSI Portland is expanding into Boise and seeks a motivated teammate to help launch our newest location. This is your chance to build a business, grow with a respected environmental services company, and make your mark on day one.

You'll wear many hats—building relationships with customers, generating new business, and guiding projects from bid to completion while coordinating with dispatch, service teams, and finance. A passion for customer success and multi-tasking will help you thrive here.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required, college coursework is a bonus.
• At least 2 years of sales or project management experience.
• Experience in environmental, construction, industrial, waste, or related industries is a plus (training provided).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Occasional evenings or weekends may be required for project needs.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Prepare estimates, bids, proposals, and project scopes.
• Manage projects from initial bid through successful completion.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll wear a lot of hats (the fun kind) while helping grow our Boise operation.

One minute you'll be meeting with customers...

The next you'll be coordinating projects...

Then you'll be working with dispatch, customer service, and operations to make sure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

No two days are the same—and that's exactly how we like it.

You'll:

The Physical Stuff

You'll split your time between the office, customer sites, and project locations.

This role includes standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying equipment or materials when needed, and spending time at a computer. It's ideal for someone who enjoys staying active instead of sitting in a cubicle all day.
