Qualifikationen

• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
• Minimum 3+ years servicing, maintaining, installing, commissioning, or troubleshooting boilers, chillers, or related mechanical HVAC equipment.
• Hands-on experience with commercial or industrial boiler and chiller systems.
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment operation, system controls, pumps, piping, and associated components.
• Ability to diagnose equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and perform repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, piping diagrams, equipment schematics, and service manuals.
• Experience with equipment startup, performance testing, preventive maintenance, and commissioning.
• Willingness to travel to customer facilities and project sites as required.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work independently in field environments.
• Commitment to jobsite safety and applicable OSHA requirements.

Aufgaben

• Install, start up, commission, inspect, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial boilers and chillers.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, operational, and control-related issues affecting heating and cooling equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, operational testing, and performance verification.
• Diagnose problems involving pumps, piping, valves, heat exchangers, and related mechanical components.
• Evaluate equipment performance, identify failures, and recommend corrective actions.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, piping diagrams, equipment schematics, and manufacturer documentation.
• Assist with equipment installation, system startup, commissioning, and return-to-service activities.
• Document service work, diagnostic findings, maintenance activities, and equipment performance.
• Coordinate with customers, engineers, project personnel, and equipment manufacturers to resolve field issues.
• Follow established safety procedures and applicable OSHA requirements while performing field service activities.
