Sterling Products Inc. field service team seeks a Technician I to perform startup and commissioning, install equipment, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems at customer sites.

You will train customers on operation and safety, conduct preventive maintenance, and document findings with clear service reports. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and technical training, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in industrial environments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Perform equipment startup and commissioning.
  • Installations verification and startup at customer facilities.
  • Train customer personnel on operation, maintenance, and safety.
  • Diagnose electrical control systems and mechanical components.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
  • Document startups and commissioning reports.
  • Prepare detailed service reports with readings and results.
  • Ensure safety procedures and PPE during service activities.
