What You’ll Need

• Minimum of four (4) years’ maintenance experience in refinery or mining environment
• Expertise in industrial maintenance and basic hand tools
• Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards and protocols
• Ability to assemble and disassemble refinery equipment
• Proficiency in operating equipment such as forklifts and manlifts
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals
• Logical problem-solving skills for complex equipment issues
• Good hand-eye coordination and steady hand for small parts
• Must pass an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Craft proficiency test (70%+) or complete NCCER certification
• Completion of company safety, process safety management, and client/site specific training
• Must obtain and maintain active status in the appropriate drug testing program
• Must pass background check
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and work outdoors in various weather conditions for up to 12 hours a day
• Required to wear PPE including hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, ear protection, masks/respirators, safety vests, gloves, and steel-toe boots
