Qualifications

• NCCER Boilermaker certification, a Valid Driver’s License and TWIC Card.
• 4 years of Journeyman-level experience.

Responsabilités

• Examine boilers, pressure vessels, tanks, or vats to locate defects and repair as needed.
• Bolt or arc welds pressure vessel structures and parts together using appropriate tools.
• Inspect assembled vessels or components to locate defects and ensure proper fit.
• Repair or replace defective pressure vessel parts (safety valves, regulators) using torches and welding equipment.
• Attach rigging and signal crane or hoist operators to lift heavy components; ensure safe placement.
