Job summary

CCI Industrial Services, LLC in the United States is seeking a Boilermaker to construct, repair, and maintain boilers, tanks, and pressure vessels for oil refining clients. This role emphasizes safety, precision, and compliance with regulatory standards. You will read blueprints, weld and assemble heavy steel components, perform hydrostatic tests, and document maintenance logs. Local travel may be required and participation in safety programs is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Boilermaker or similar craft in industrial/refinery environments.
• Knowledge of boiler construction, maintenance, and repair practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Proficiency with cutting torches, welding equipment, grinders and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan and lay out work.
• Fabricate, assemble, and install boilers, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and related equipment.
• Perform cutting, shaping, welding, and bolting of metal plates and sections.
• Inspect and maintain boilers and pressure vessels for leaks, defects, or wear.
