Job summary

Openwork, formerly Meador Staffing, is seeking Boilermakers for a heat exchanger fabrication facility in Bay City, TX. This role involves fabricating, assembling, and maintaining heat exchangers, boilers, and related equipment.

Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Day Shift: 3:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Mon-Fri, with weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Boilermaker or related experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
• Welding, fitting and fabrication experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

BOILERMAKER – HEAT EXCHANGER FABRICATION

PAY: $19–$23 PER HOUR

LOCATION: Bay City, TX (77590)

Shift: Day Shift: 3:30 AM - 3:30 PM | Mon-Fri (must be open to work weekends as needed)
