Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or Technician in a similar institution.
• Ability to kneel, bend, and perform strenuous labor for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Updates work statuses and documents tasks completed in CMMS using a mobile device.
• Monitors and maintains boilers.
• Inspects fluids, water, gas inside boilers and related equipment.
• Repairs boiler machinery such as piping and valves.
• Records daily readings.

Skills

Experience as a Maintenance Mechanic

Valid driver's license

Understanding of electro-mechanical equipment

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Education

Apprentice card from the State in plumbing, electrical, HVAC or relevant trade
