Kenvue is hiring a Boiler Room Technician/Operator in Fort Washington, PA. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining boiler room equipment, monitoring utilities for efficiency, and performing preventive maintenance to support facilities and manufacturing processes.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or technical certification, 5+ years in regulated manufacturing (pharma/GMP preferred), and working knowledge of Word/Excel and automation systems like Wonderware, MES, and SAP.

Facilities Manager

As a Boiler Room Technician/Operator, you will perform all boiler room tasks necessary to operate, troubleshoot, service, adjust, repair, and maintain equipment and utilities supporting facilities and manufacturing processes. You will monitor and adjust boiler utilities to improve equipment efficiency, implement corrective actions, perform routine cleaning and housekeeping, and handle non-routine maintenance while adhering to safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
With training or experience, you will set up, adjust and troubleshoot plant operations equipment—including air handlers, compressed air, chillers, and cooling tower equipment—to operate efficiently, reliably, and within compliance standards. You will read and interpret equipment diagrams to support repair and design.
You must communicate and coordinate with customers and stakeholders regarding the schedule and impact of work performed.
Annual base salary ranges from $60,690.00 to $85,680.00.
