Job summary

The Simplot Company in Caldwell, ID seeks a Boiler Refrigeration Maintenance Supervisor to direct steam and refrigeration operations for a high‑volume factory. You will ensure safety, cost efficiency, and timely production, while leading maintenance teams and coordinating with security and operations.

We value a 4-year degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in related roles, and relevant certifications such as CARO and Boiler Operator credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years related experience and/or training.
• RETA CARO certification recommended or ability to obtain within 1 year of start date.
• Basic Boiler Operator Certificate recommended.

Responsibilities

• Direct steam and refrigeration to maximize production efficiency while ensuring safety and cost effectiveness.
• Enforce plant policies and procedures; ensure fair handling of internal matters.
• Lead the Process Safety Management Team and coordinate audits and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain boiler/refrigeration equipment inventories to support maintenance needs.
• Oversee maintenance activities with a focus on minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.
