Job summary

Simplot Company is seeking a Boiler Refrigeration Maintenance Supervisor in Caldwell, ID to direct and coordinate steam and refrigeration needs for the factory’s continuous production. The role focuses on maximizing operating efficiency, safety, and cost effectiveness while maintaining compliance with state and local codes.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of related experience, and knowledge of steam and refrigeration systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4 year college or university is preferred.
• 3+ years related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge: Good understanding of steam and refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate steam and refrigeration needs for the factory’s continuous production.
• Ensure plant policies and procedures are followed consistently.
• Lead safety and process safety management activities (PSM) and audits.
• Oversee parts inventory for boiler/refrigeration equipment and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Direct the steam/refrigeration function to maximize operating efficiencies and minimize downtime.
