Job summary

Pilgrim is seeking a Boiler & Refrigeration Maintenance Supervisor I B Shift to oversee daily reliability tasks on the production floor. You will lead mechanics, manage preventative maintenance, and prioritize work orders to keep equipment running smoothly.

Responsibilities include monitoring production areas, adjusting and repairing electrical equipment, and participating in the HAZMAT team to ensure emergency readiness. OSHA safety standards and precise records are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of background in general industrial maintenance.
• General knowledge of plant machinery applicable to the industry.
• English communication skills; bilingual preferred but not required.

• Maintains appropriate records and reports.
• Complies with all OSHA and company safety standards and policies
• Attend meetings as scheduled.

WORK CONDITIONS

• Work 40+ hours per week on the production floor, including weekend work and rotating shifts as needed.
• Possible exposure to slippery floors, extreme temperature variations, loud noise, chemicals, sharp objects (knives), machinery, and vehicles.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3-5 years of background experience in general industrial maintenance
• General knowledge of machinery in a plant that applies to the industry
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal. Bilingual preferred, not required.
• Ability to prioritize activities.
• Capable of providing leadership/motivation to engage employees in the business.
