Job summary

Three Rivers Energy LLC in Coshocton, Ohio is seeking a Boiler Operator (High Pressure Boiler) to join the operations team. You will ensure safe, efficient boiler operation, help maintain a spare parts inventory, and work with the production staff to meet safety and quality goals.

The role requires an Ohio High Pressure Boiler Operator License, a valid driver's license, and experience with water chemistry and Delta T boilers.

Qualifications

• State of Ohio High Pressure Boiler Operator License required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Delta T experience is preferred and will be given priority.
• Knowledge of water chemistry to operate, maintain and troubleshoot boilers and water systems.

Responsibilities

• Work in a safe and efficient manner at all times.
• Maintain an accurate spare parts inventory.
• Operate Superior package boilers, deaerator, cooling tower and water systems.

Primary Responsibilities:Work in a safe and efficient manner at all times.Work to help maintain an accurate spare parts inventory.Work with entire staff to accomplish goals safely and effectively.Follow plant safety procedures.Must possess enthusiasm for their job and enjoy working in a team structure.Communicate with and report to the Production ManagerMust be able to read, write and effectively communicate using the English language and be able to communicate via two-way radios.See also responsibilities of production operators.Responsible for following food safety regulations and company policies is essential to ensure the integrity of our food‑grade production processes.

Job Requirements

Education / Certification:State of Ohio, High Pressure Boiler Operator License required.Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.Desired Knowledge / Experience:Experience in a Delta T setting will be given priority (Superior package boilers)Use knowledge of water chemistry to operate, maintain and troubleshoot Superior package boilers, deareator, cooling tower and water systems.Safe work history is a requirement.Use skills to ensure continuous operation of the facility.Knowledge of Mapcon maintenance management system and data entry for work orders, maintenance scheduling, and inventory.
