The position is full-time, with a 40-hour work week and a pay range of $26.00–$33.80 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility equipment and central plant systems to ensure a safe, efficient environment.
• Monitor boiler operations, readings, and water chemistry tests; maintain accurate logbooks.
• Diagnose equipment failures and plan installations or repairs in coordination with the facilities team.
