Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and record boiler performance to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Perform preventative maintenance and keep pumps, ammonia compressors, and refrigeration system in good working order.
• Communicate with supervisors and other shifts; assist with troubleshooting and training.
• Adhere to GMP, food safety, and AMPI safety policies; maintain proper documentation.
