Job summary

AMPI is seeking a Boiler Operator for an on-site role in Minnesota to manage boiler operations and ammonia refrigeration systems. You will perform preventative maintenance, monitor safety and quality, and support maintenance staff across the plant.

Requirements include a Minnesota Boiler Operators License (1st Class B or higher) and a High School Diploma or GED. The position emphasizes strong safety practices and teamwork in a dairy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Minnesota Boiler Operators license, 1st Class B or above required.

Responsibilities

• Perform boiler operation, maintenance, and recordkeeping for safe, efficient boiler performance.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain chemical pumps and related support systems.
• Manage ammonia compressors and the ammonia refrigeration system.
• Participate in the Emergency Response Team and safety procedures.
