Associated Milk Producers Inc. (AMPI) is seeking a Boiler Operator to manage boiler operation, preventative maintenance, and related recordkeeping at our Paynesville, MN plant.

The role emphasizes safety, food safety, and quality compliance in a large dairy production environment. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining the ammonia refrigeration system, assisting with troubleshooting, and supporting the Emergency Response Team while ensuring adherence to AMPI safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Must have Minnesota Boiler Operators license, 1st Class B or above.

Responsibilities

• Perform boiler operation, maintenance, and recordkeeping for safe, efficient, and reliable boiler performance.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and keep pumps and ammonia refrigeration system in working order.
• Assist with process troubleshooting and support safety and quality policies.
