Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent technical background.
• Demonstrates basic engineering/technical skills and understanding of mechanical/electrical principles.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain field presence onsite with customers 20–50% of the time.
• Manage territory inspection workload with limited supervision and plan workload.
• Conduct boiler and pressure vessel inspections per jurisdictional rules and document findings.
• Perform risk evaluations and develop loss estimates for business partners.
• Investigate less complex Equipment Breakdown claims as requested.
• Communicate findings effectively to underwriting and claims teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
