T.E. Spall & Son, LLC is seeking an experienced Boiler Installation Technician for full-time, year-round work in Northeastern PA. You will install, replace, and commission residential boiler systems, work with piping, valves, and controls, and ensure safety and efficiency on every job.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of boiler installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential boiler systems, piping, controls, and components.
• Ability to read and follow installation specifications, diagrams, and manufacturer instructions.

Responsibilities

• Installing residential boiler heating systems and related components.
• Performing boiler replacements and new installations according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Installing and connecting piping, pumps, valves, controls, and other boiler system components.
• Testing and commissioning systems to ensure proper operation, efficiency, and safety.
• Troubleshooting installation-related issues and making necessary adjustments.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Providing professional service and maintaining a positive experience for our customers.
• Working closely with installers, technicians, management, and other team members to complete projects successfully.

What YOU Will Be Responsible For as a Boiler Installation Technician:

• Installing residential boiler heating systems and related components

Boiler Installation Technician Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of boiler installation experience
• Strong knowledge of residential boiler systems, piping, controls, and components
• Ability to read and follow installation specifications, diagrams, and manufacturer instructions
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• A customer-focused mindset and pride in quality workmanship
• Professional, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the job, including lifting equipment and working in basements, crawl spaces, and other tight areas
