Boiler House Operator

Michelin is hiring!

MISSION: To efficiently operate all power house equipment providing a non-interruptible supply of energy to the site.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:

1. Ensure compliance with EP requirements and safety intervention rules (specific to the boilerhouse, general on the site, and in workshops).
2. Operate and monitor fluids equipment, ensuring adherence to conduct protocols, traceability, and record tracking.
3. Maintain fluids quality, influent parameters, and device compliance (pressure, temperature, water treatment, steam traps, dryers, etc.).
4. Ensure fluids availability, maintaining continuity of service during normal and emergency operations, and anticipate workshop consumption.
5. Optimize the cost of fluids production by running equipment efficiently and ensuring energy efficiency of machines.
6. Implement environmental control plans, and perform preventive and corrective actions as needed.
7. Monitor the proper operation of the machine park and report anomalies.
8. Ensure water treatment and analysis quality to meet specifications.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience as a Boiler House Operator.
• Licensed Boiler House Operator.
• Military background in Boiler House Operations is preferred.
