Job summary

Work with customers, document service reports, and support energy solution sales opportunities. A high school diploma and 4+ years in industrial boiler/power plant ops are preferred; travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4+ years related experience or training.
• Electrical and/or mechanical engineering studies preferred.
• Ability to operate test equipment, meters, and analyzers.
• Strong communication with customers, vendors, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Fire boilers and related equipment for proper operation before and during installation.
• Perform independent start-up of boiler and related equipment.
• Interpret instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Conduct field service calls for start-up, troubleshooting, or service tasks.
• Perform basic electrical and mechanical repairs on boiler equipment.
• Document field service reports detailing work performed and issues.
• Develop customer relations and promote services and equipment improvements.
