Job Summary

The FOH Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service, efficiently processing transactions, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations at the front of the house. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Handle cash, credit, and digital transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and surrounding areas.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with product recommendations and upselling when appropriate.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure an efficient customer experience.
• Keep track of sales and balance cash drawers at the end of shifts.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulations regarding cash handling and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred but not required.
