Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a high-energy Unit Manager to lead back of house operations, including ordering, inventory, food cost control and safety practices.

You will collaborate with the BOH team on growth and development opportunities while ensuring quality and guest experience. Our bustling restaurants offer consistent hours, flexible schedules, and a competitive compensation package with bonus opportunities for full-time associates.

Qualifications

• Experience managing back-of-house operations in a high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to coordinate inventory, food cost control and safety practices.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for FOH and BOH teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Back of House operations including ordering, inventory, and cost control.
• Ensure food quality and sanitation practices are followed.
• Coach and mentor BOH/FOH staff and participate in hiring/training.
• Monitor labor costs and manage staff schedules.
• Follow recipes and maintain proper food storage and cleanliness.
