A Day in the Life

You’ll wear many hats at Via 313, but your primary responsibility as a Back of House Team Member is to deliver an exceptional guest experience by preparing and executing high-quality, mouth-watering dishes.

You’ll be responsible for prepping ingredients, cooking menu items, and working alongside your team to keep the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for any task. Expect a fast-paced environment where teamwork, consistency, and attention to detail are key to success.

You’ll also support overall kitchen operations by assisting with dishes and maintaining cleanliness throughout your shift to help keep everything running smoothly.
