Job summary

Chick-fil-A in South Carolina is seeking a Team Leader to support the Leader on Duty by leading through example, coaching, and upholding culture and standards. You will help with shift prep, communication, and proactive problem-solving to drive guest satisfaction.

You will collaborate with FOH and BOH, maintain cleanliness and food safety, supervise daily operations, and coach team members to meet Pathway and Ecosure requirements while modeling professionalism.

Qualifications

• Lead by example and coach team members to uphold Chick-fil-A culture and standards.
• Ensure effective shift preparation and strong communication.
• Proactively solve problems to maintain high performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, providing direction and feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with Front of House (FOH) and Delivery to optimize performance across channels.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at all times.
• Conduct and oversee Daily SAFE Critical and ERQA assessments.
• Coach SAFE standards and Ecosure requirements for BOH team members.
• Adhere to all operational procedures per Pathway standards.
