Es Vedra Cinemas in Cary, NC seeks an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead culinary operations and supervise a skilled kitchen team. You will ensure quality, safety, and timely service across shifts while managing costs and inventory.

The role requires a Hospitality Management background, 3+ years in F&B management, ServSafe and alcohol certifications, and bilingual Spanish/English. Availability for holidays, nights, and weekends is expected, with opportunities for growth within a dynamic

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Hospitality Management program or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of F&B management experience.
• Understanding of operational excellence.
• Required state alcohol certification and Manager ServSafe Certification required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.
• Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain food quality, safety, and standard operating procedures through line checks and tastings.
• Forecast staffing needs, schedules, and manage labor costs and inventory processes.
• Control food costs, inventory, purchasing, and recipe adherence while meeting budget targets.
• Develop and coach team members, ensure training and performance standards.
• Collaborate with management to enhance guest experience and operations.
