First Meridian Services, Inc. seeks a BOH & Stockroom Shift Lead for Chick-fil-A (C) to support restaurant operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced airport environment. You will help train staff, manage shift workflows, and maintain inventory accuracy while adhering to safety and cash procedures.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, a strong focus on hospitality, and a proactive approach to problem solving and guest care.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent guest service and maintain courtesy, friendliness, and prompt attention.
• Assist in achieving location goals set by the GM.
• Support shifts to ensure timely production, service times, and flow.
• Maintain a professional, positive atmosphere to uplift morale.
• Communicate with management and staff using tools like 7Shifts.
• Keep restaurant organized, stocked, cleaned, and sanitized.
• Assist in training team members on stations and processes.
• Support shifts to meet company and brand standards.
• Follow cash handling procedures and monitor for errors or theft.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork as needed.
• Respond to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Support new programs or products introduced by the GM.
• Assist GM with inventory and ordering as directed.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
