Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring for a BOH Lead Supervisor for a full-time and part-time role in San Angelo, TX. Schedule spans Monday to Saturday, 7:00 am–9:00 pm, with a focus on supervising hourly staff, inventory control, and cost management.

Prior BOH supervisory experience is preferred, and the role may include multiple facilities. This position requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and adherence to sanitation and safety standards.

• We are hiring immediately for full time and part time BOH LEAD SUPERVISOR positions.

• Pay Range: $14.00 per hour to$14.25 per hour.

Job Summary

Supervises hourly associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists in ordering and keeping inventory of products.
• Maintains product cost and labor cost according to budget.
• Supervises and trains hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented.
• Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
