Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a Back of House Crew Member for Le Paris Bakery at WinStar World Casino Resort in Thackerville, OK. This part-time role centers on food preparation, cooking, and keeping a clean, organized kitchen to deliver high-quality meals.

You will work with a team, follow safety and sanitation guidelines, manage details, and stay flexible with evenings, weekends and holidays. Applicants should be at least 18 and able to obtain a Gaming License and pass a background

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen or food service preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Back of House Crew Member (BOH)

As a Back of House Crew Member (BOH) for Traditions Hospitality Group you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Your dedication to food preparation, organization, and teamwork will contribute to delivering high-quality meals and exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment, workstations, and storage areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to kitchen management.
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring accuracy and proper storage procedures.
