Job summary

City Barbeque, LLC in Louisville is looking for enthusiastic Back-of-house staff including Prep Cook, Pits, and Dish Washer to join our team. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, follow proven recipes, and help deliver the comfort of America’s best BBQ to guests.

Responsibilities

• Complete hot food prep assignments following recipes and sanitation guidelines
• Prepare take-out and catering orders in a timely fashion
• Follow station checklists and cleaning lists consistently
• Provide a positive attitude when interacting with teammates and guests
